Code White Certification for Security Guards Now Available

Also known commonly as "Crisis Intervention, Crisis Prevention or Non-violent Crisis Prevention/Intervention," the Heathcare Aggression Response Training Course is a Canadian only content program for Dealing with Behavioural Emergencies in Canadian Healthcare work environments. This is mandatory training for Code White Team members, which security is nearly always involved in. Our two day program covers all forms of communications that involve cognative impairment, Ontario "least restraint" soft empty hand techniques, personal safety and situational awareness.
